5. Children's Privacy
We allow family members, including minors, to be added to accounts. If you add a child under 16 to your account, you confirm that you have parental or guardian authority to provide their information. We handle children's data with extra care and limit its visibility to the account holder and relevant club administrators.

Your data is stored securely on servers with appropriate technical and organisational safeguards. We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
